The UpNoPa moms LOVE this community where we live, work and play every day.
Heck, that’s how Up North Parent came to be in the first place!
We created Up North Parent because we are passionate about supporting thriving families and strong communities and wanted to provide inspiration for both.
We also believe that the Brainerd Lakes Area and beyond is filled with amazing events, sites, businesses, and resources; we want to shout that fact from the highest rooftops.
One great way to discover and celebrate the rich history of the Brainerd Lakes Area is with the much-anticipated annual event, Brainerd History Week 2018.
Brainerd History Week 2018
Brainerd History Week was established in 2014 as a way to celebrate the rich history of the community.
Every year there is a focus on certain areas or landmarks in our vibrant community. Brainerd History Week 2018 will celebrate the Mississippi River and west Brainerd.
